To guarantee the excellence of our Pigato grappa, we collaborate with Distilleria Santa Teresa, which distils in a bain-marie still. Our pomace thus produces a white grappa with a clear, slightly ethereal, well-pronounced aroma; as well as being well-structured and persistent in the mouth.
