Our Vermentino grappa is distilled in a bain-marie still by the Fratelli Marolo Santa Teresa Distillery, to avoid direct contact of the pomace with the heat source and to retain all the aromas, for a final distillate that fully reflects the grape variety from which it comes.

White in colour and with a clear, well-pronounced aroma, it is lively, well-structured and persistent in the mouth.
