Winemaking in the territory of origin
Three wineries, one for each DOC production area: in the Dolceacqua cellar we take care of the vinification of Rossese, in the Pieve di Teco cellar we vinify Ormeasco, in the Sarola cellar, built with air-conditioned basement rooms, we take care of the vinification of Pigato and Vermentino, ageing and refining of all our wines and bottling.
At Sarola we can share all the stages of production, evolution and bottling of our beloved wines with you, thanks to the large windows of the tasting room.
Winery with tasting room
Upon booking, it is possible to experience our emotions, culture and passion in full, through tastings and a visit to the winery. We have a warm, cosy tasting room in Sarola, which perfectly expresses our love for our work.
